Job description

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, the first Raffles in Bahrain, is looking for a friendly, professional individual to fill a dual role as waitress and hostess in its cigar lounge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
• Manage reservations, seating and waitlists
• Escort guests to tables and lounge areas
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them
• Recommend cigars, drinks and pairings
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, serving or hosting
• Knowledge or interest in cigars (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
