Personal Trainer - Fitness First

Job description

As a Personal Trainer at Fitness First in East Riffa, you will play a critical role in guiding and inspiring members to achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lifestyles. Using your expertise in human physiology, physical transformation, mindset coaching and nutrition, you will provide personalized training and coaching that helps members undergo a real transformation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold brand standards on the gym floor
• Provide market-leading fitness expertise and engage members with fitness and motivational support
• Assist members with exercise correction and demonstrate a high standard of instruction so their sessions are safe and effective
• Keep facilities clean and fully operational at all times
• Enforce Fitness First etiquette and club rules, including members cleaning equipment after use
• Support club events and promote Fitness First services
• Deliver high-quality personal training programs and conduct induction sessions for new members
• Complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy
• Conduct personal training sessions and build your own client base in line with the PT model
• Update daily the personal training and induction sessions on the Fitness Enterprise System and keep rotas and client bookings accurate
• Maintain REPs certification by completing 10 CPD points per year
• Provide your line manager with a monthly business plan covering client sales, renewals, referrals and induction conversions

Requirements

• Secondary education (A level or equivalent)
• Personal Training certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards it (enrolled)
