Frequently asked questions
How long does a job post stay live?
Thirty days from the day it is published, on every plan. You can close a post to new applications early from My Jobs and reopen it later, but unused days are not carried over to a different post.
Is there a subscription or a minimum contract?
No. You buy a pack of postings once, one, three or five at a time. There is nothing to cancel, no card kept on file and no minimum term.
How many applications can I receive?
Unlimited, including on Standard. The plan changes how visible your post is, not how many people are allowed to apply.
How do I pay, and do prices include VAT?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. Bank transfers are invoiced and usually clear in one to two working days. Listed prices are in Taka; VAT is added where the law requires it and the checkout screen shows the final amount before you confirm.
Who can see a candidate's CV?
Only the employer the candidate applied to, and only for that role. CVs are released at interview stage. Bulk export of candidate data is not available, and reusing an application for a different vacancy is a breach of the Employer Terms.
How does my company get the verified badge?
Fill in your company profile, then send the trade licence and contact details listed above. We check them before the badge appears on your posts and your company page.
What happens if a post breaks the rules?
Candidates can report any listing. We aim to review a report within two working days and may remove the post and suspend the account while we look into it. Refunds and takedowns are covered in the Employer Terms.
Can more than one person from my team use the account?
Yes. Contact details and who receives application alerts are managed in Settings once you are logged in.
