Cluster Housekeeping Manager

Job description

ibis Seef Manama is looking for a Cluster Housekeeping Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department. The aim is to keep the facility and guestrooms clean and orderly and to make sure the team follows local and company policies on safety, cleanliness and brand standards.

The manager organises workflow, makes sure associates understand their duties and delegated tasks, and keeps department goals and milestones on track and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department so the facility and guestrooms are clean and orderly
• Ensure staff comply with local and company policies on safety, cleanliness and brand standards
• Ensure projects, department milestones and goals are met and within budget
• Organize workflow and make sure associates understand their duties or delegated tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Housekeeping, with 3 years at a management level
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen
