Job description

Bahrain Surf Park is looking for a Waiter to deliver warm, efficient food and beverage service to guests. Reporting to the Head Waiter and F&B Supervisor, you will welcome guests, take accurate orders, serve food and drinks and keep your section to a high standard, helping create a vibrant, welcoming dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests, present menus and seat them according to station assignments.
• Know the food and beverage items, daily specials, allergens and ingredients to guide guest selections.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the POS system and pass special dietary requests to the kitchen pass.
• Recommend appetizers, signature drinks, desserts and add-ons to guests.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with correct presentation and course timing.
• Clear empty plates, glassware and cutlery during service without intruding on guests.
• Check in regularly on seated guests, refill drinks and handle additional requests.
• Complete opening, mid-shift and closing checklists and keep side stations stocked.
• Clean, sanitize and reset tables within target times after guests leave.
• Prepare and present accurate bills and process cash, card or digital payments.
• Address guest queries on the floor and escalate complex complaints to the Head Waiter or F&B Supervisor.

Requirements

• Fluent English speaker; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
• Food handler / food safety certification.
• Experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
• Warm, energetic and customer-focused personality.
• Neat personal presentation and good hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
