Pool & Beach Server

Job description

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is looking for an energetic, service-oriented Pool & Beach Server to create exceptional dining experiences for guests enjoying the poolside and beachfront facilities. The role suits people who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in personalised service in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests at the pool and beach areas
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, take orders and offer recommendations
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality standards
• Monitor guest needs and anticipate requests to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all pool and beach service stations
• Set up and replenish towels, amenities, beverage stations and dining areas as required
• Process guest checks and handle cashless transactions according to company procedures
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards
• Work closely with the Pool & Beach, Culinary and Stewarding teams
• Report guest feedback, concerns or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a resort, beach club or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent guest service attitude with a positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and under varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry service trays safely
