Arogga is Bangladesh's leading health-tech company that gives millions of people access to genuine medicines and healthcare services, including lab testing, diagnostics and telehealth, and is building a health super-app backed by international investors. The Arogga Lab and Doctor Consultancy team is looking for a skilled and compassionate Medical Technologist to ensure safe and efficient blood sample collection in a dynamic healthcare environment. Duty is on a roster basis, and Arogga provides a motorbike for official home sample collection and field assignments. Only shortlisted candidates are contacted by the People and Culture team.

দায়িত্ব

• Collect blood samples using proper techniques (venipuncture, capillary, butterfly needle, correct tube use)
• Label, store and transport samples securely to the laboratory
• Ensure patient safety, comfort and consent during collection
• Follow infection control and biohazard safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of collected samples
• Assist in home sample collection and corporate health camps as needed
• Handle equipment and supplies responsibly, keeping them clean and ready

যোগ্যতা

• Diploma or certificate in Medical Technology (Pathology or Phlebotomy), DMF or equivalent
• Prior experience as a medical technologist preferred; freshers with good skills may apply
• Valid motorcycle driving licence
• Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, safety guidelines and infection control
• Willingness to travel for home collection assignments
• Strong interpersonal skills with patients of all ages
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
