Arogga is Bangladesh's leading health-tech company that gives millions of people access to genuine medicines and healthcare services, including lab testing, diagnostics and telehealth, and is building a health super-app backed by international investors. The Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Lab Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations and business performance of Arogga's diagnostic laboratory services, covering laboratory partner coordination, home sample collection, service delivery, quality assurance and operational efficiency. The role works closely with laboratory partners, phlebotomists, logistics, customer service and technology teams, and contributes to revenue growth, cost optimisation and departmental objectives. দায়িত্ব

• Manage day-to-day operations of the diagnostic laboratory services and monitor turnaround time
• Oversee home sample collection: scheduling, route planning and phlebotomist utilisation
• Monitor sample handling, transport and laboratory handover to protect sample integrity
• Develop relationships with laboratory partners, monitor SLAs and coordinate onboarding of new partners
• Implement and review SOPs and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Monitor departmental revenue, operating costs and financial performance, and lead revenue initiatives through partnerships, corporate tie-ups and packages
• Prepare dashboards, performance reports and management updates
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Customer Service and Marketing teams

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Management, Microbiology, Biochemistry or a related discipline; MBA, MPH or related Master's an advantage
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in laboratory operations, diagnostic services, healthcare operations or health-tech
• Experience managing diagnostic lab operations, lab partnerships or home sample collection preferred
• Strong people management, problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills; sound decision-making under pressure
