Arogga is Bangladesh's leading health-tech company that gives millions of people access to genuine medicines and healthcare services, including lab testing, diagnostics and telehealth, and is building a health super-app backed by international investors. The AGM / Senior Manager, Laboratory and Telemedicine Operations will own both the operational and business performance of Arogga's diagnostic and telemedicine service lines nationwide, including home sample collection, laboratory partner management and doctor consultation operations, with full accountability for revenue growth, cost efficiency and P&L performance. The role works with lab and doctor partners, logistics, customer service and technology teams to build a scalable, patient-centric healthcare service network.

দায়িত্ব

• Lead end-to-end operations across diagnostic (lab) and telemedicine (doctor consultation) service lines
• Monitor lab turnaround time and doctor consultation wait times and drive improvement
• Scale and manage the doctor panel to meet 24/7 service commitments
• Manage nationwide home sample collection, including route planning and cold-chain maintenance
• Build relationships with diagnostic labs and doctor partners and monitor performance against SLAs
• Implement SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance and run regular audits
• Own the department P&L: revenue targets, cost efficiency, margins, pricing and growth initiatives
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and business cases for new services
• Define and monitor KPIs and prepare dashboards and management reports
• Lead and develop lab operations, telemedicine and field teams

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Management, Microbiology, Biochemistry or a related discipline; MBA, MPH or related Master's an advantage
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in laboratory operations, diagnostics, telemedicine, healthcare operations or health-tech, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience managing both diagnostic lab operations and telemedicine services strongly preferred
• Experience owning a P&L or revenue target is a plus
• Strong people management, analytical thinking, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
