Prime Bank Foundation, the foundation of Prime Bank PLC that runs health and education projects, is looking for a Head of Operations / Coordinator to lead the operations, coordination and sustainable financial growth of its ongoing hospital project in Dhaka. The role covers revenue growth, budgeting, supervision of domain heads, procurement and compliance, and building corporate partnerships. • Drive revenue growth, unit economics and operational KPIs
• Prepare budgets and performance dashboards for foundation management
• Supervise domain heads and plan medical camps and outreach
• Oversee procurement, inventory, SOPs, compliance and HMS/ERP
• Build corporate partnerships and represent the hospital

যোগ্যতা

• MBA (Finance, Management, Marketing or Operations Management) or a master's in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management or Public Health
• Minimum 10 years in hospital administration, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role
• Hospital budgeting, unit economics and B2B business development
• Hands-on HMS/ERP experience; medical procurement and regulatory liaison
• Willing to travel outside Dhaka for medical camps
