Telesales Specialist (UK Business Energy & Loans) - Night Shift

Job description

Green Compare Ltd is a UK-based company that helps businesses in the UK compare and secure better deals on business energy and business loans. Its Dhaka office in Dhanmondi contacts UK business customers by phone and is hiring a Telesales Specialist for the night shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Bangladesh time, with a 1-hour break). Fluent spoken English is mandatory because the whole shift is spent speaking English with UK customers, and the interview is also in English. Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to business customers in the UK
• Speak with customers in English and explain the business energy and business loans services
• Understand the customer's needs and offer the right solution
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets
• Keep customer records updated in the CRM and follow up when needed

Requirements

• Fluent English (speaking and listening) is a must
• Previous B2B sales experience
• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing or outbound calling
• Able to work the night shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Bangladesh time)
• Good listening and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Minimum HSC (any subject); 1-4 years of relevant experience
• Nice to have: experience with UK or international customers; basic knowledge of the energy, loan or telecom sector
