Telesales Executive - B2B Sales

Crea Biz x HAS.ONE is hiring a Telesales Executive for B2B sales to businesses in the USA and Canada. The role is 100% remote from Bangladesh, full time, on the night shift covering USA and Canada business hours. The basic salary is BDT 13,500 per month with a 5% commission on eligible successful sales. The executive conducts outbound B2B calls, introduces HAS.ONE business solutions and subscription packages, generates leads, handles objections, negotiates and closes sales, and keeps accurate CRM records and daily sales reports. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to businesses across the USA and Canada
• Introduce HAS.ONE business solutions and subscription packages
• Generate leads, identify business requirements and convert prospects into customers
• Handle objections, negotiate, follow up and close sales
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes and daily sales reports
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Follow company policies and maintain professional communication

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of telesales, outbound sales, BPO or call-center sales experience
• Fluent spoken English is mandatory
• Experience dealing with USA or Canada customers is preferred
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven, disciplined and self-motivated
• Must have a laptop/computer, stable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Must be available for full-time night shifts
