Telesales Representative

Job description

PEPOLTek is an IT company based in Dhaka building a portfolio of SaaS products used across education, HR and enterprise operations, including BIDYATek (a school management platform), an Intelligent HR Solution (a cloud-based HRMS) and an Enterprise ERP suite for supply chain and financial operations. This role engages blue-collar-intensive businesses across manufacturing, construction and service industries, promoting the platform's free job posting services, understanding each client's hiring needs and supporting them through registration and listing their vacancies. Full time, on-site in Dhaka. Performance support and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective businesses in manufacturing, construction and service industries through outbound calls
• Promote the platform's free job posting services and explain their benefits to employers
• Encourage businesses to register and publish authentic job vacancies
• Understand clients' hiring requirements, including job types, vacancy counts, salary ranges and candidate qualifications
• Help clients prepare standardized job descriptions, ensuring postings are complete, accurate and compliant
• Guide clients through registration and listing procedures and resolve issues along the way

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing or client development, preferred
• Native-level Bengali and fluent English communication skills
• Excellent verbal communication and client engagement skills
• Strong persuasion, follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software
• Nice to have: experience serving Bangladesh's manufacturing, construction or service labor markets
