SOOR is looking for a Solution Specialist to support solution design, system integration and implementation activities across advanced infrastructure and security projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in integrating systems with existing platforms
• Support testing and troubleshooting of solutions
• Maintain solution documentation
• Support solution design, system integration and implementation activities
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical solutions, systems integration or support roles
• Good understanding of system integration, deployment and troubleshooting processes
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills
• Good communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency: intermediate
