Project Manager, Senior

Job description

Master Works is looking for a Senior Project Manager to facilitate Agile delivery, lead Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across development teams. The role focuses on sprint planning, performance monitoring, Agile coaching and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and own Scrum events for participating squads
• Lead the development of Scaled Agile management best practices
• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and regular ceremonies
• Plan upcoming sprints and help the team reach consensus on what can be achieved
• Monitor and report on sprints in progress
• Communicate closely with Delivery Managers on alignment and planning
• Analyze metrics for trends, facilitate iteration and increment planning, and provide Agile coaching at all levels
• Work with the leadership team to improve the efficiency of Agile processes
• Establish SAFe Agile principles and coordinate with other departments on development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Leadership and management experience
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and planning skills
