Senior Solution Architect

Job description

Salesforce is hiring a Senior Solution Architect in Riyadh to evaluate business and functional requirements at an executive level and turn them into scalable process designs and solution architecture, with a focus on the media and telecommunications sector. You will work closely with consultants, architects and project managers to deliver customer success and help scale delivery excellence across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Engage in onboarding and work closely with consultants, architects and project managers to deliver customer success
• Evaluate business and functional requirements at an executive level and translate business strategy into scalable process designs and solution architecture
• Champion AI tools and Salesforce's Agentforce platform to automate workflows and improve business processes
• Create prototypes, proofs of concept and sample mockups to define complex business requirements
• Write and own user stories and solution specifications for agile sprints
• Provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, functional solution architecture, environment management and UAT
• Build trust with key stakeholders and negotiate solutions to complex strategic and technical problems

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst
• Proven track record delivering solutions in the media and/or telecommunications sector
• Demonstrated ability to analyse, design and optimise enterprise business processes through technology
• Experience using AI-assisted tools and a strong understanding of how AI such as Agentforce can transform business operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document requirements, architectures and process flows using diagrams and functional models
• Fluent English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred for the Saudi Arabia / MENA market
• Ability to work independently and in a distributed Agile/Scrum team
• Available to travel regionally and occasionally internationally
• Preferred: active Salesforce certifications and hands-on experience with declarative platform capabilities
• Preferred: experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, EPC) or Communications Cloud
• Preferred: knowledge of design thinking and Certified Product Owner (CSPO) experience
