Electrical Technician

Job description

Assystem (Assystem RADICON, Design) is hiring an Electrical Technician in Al Khobar on a fixed-term contract. The role prepares, modifies and reviews electrical drawings in AutoCAD, supports electrical design coordination with engineers and other disciplines, and ensures drawings comply with project standards, codes and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, modify and review electrical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop layouts for lighting, power, low-current systems and cable routing.
• Support electrical design coordination with engineers and other disciplines.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards, codes and client requirements.
• Maintain drawing registers and manage revisions accurately.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings and technical documentation.
• Incorporate comments from engineers, consultants and clients into final designs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of electrical design principles and symbols.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and layouts.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
