The job holder will be responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for customers, involving customer service, product knowledge and all shopping environment involvements.

• Give accurate information about all products
• Greet all customers promptly and courteously upon entering the store
• Direct customers through the store or to specific areas
• Satisfy customers' needs, requests and queries
• Increase the customer base by adding more customers to the store
• Understand the return policy and apply all customer service standards advised during training
• Be aware of how to operate the cash tills and how to use the reports
• Use the correct procedures in ordering and transferring goods
• Follow safety and security measures that help prevent theft
• Keep the section, back store and break area clean and neat
• Check stock on a daily basis so all products are adequately stocked and available for customers
• Keep featured merchandise prominently displayed and maintain the store image per Store Manager / Visual Merchandising Manager guidelines
