The Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth. Department: Marketing. Reporting to: Marketing Manager.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads through calls, visits, and networking
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure timely collection of payments

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Valid driving license (GCC preferred)
