Hitachi Energy is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join its Grid Integration Business Unit in Bahrain. You will drive sales growth and develop marketing strategies to expand market share and brand visibility across the Grid Integration portfolio of product lines and services.

দায়িত্ব

• Promote and sell Hitachi Energy's Grid Integration portfolio
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting and customer engagement
• Build customer relationships, understand requirements and deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions across the sales lifecycle
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and business plans using CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce and Power BI
• Run regular opportunity and pipeline reviews and implement recovery plans for potential order shortfalls
• Research the market and competitors, with a focus on renewable energy
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations
• Maintain relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, utilities and partners
• Uphold Hitachi Energy's values of safety and integrity and comply with company policies

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in power transmission, distribution and industry segments
• Knowledge of substations, FACTS solutions, prefabricated/containerised substations, power quality solutions and BESS
• Understanding of renewable energy integration, data center electrification and grid modernisation
• Proven experience developing and executing sales and market development strategies
• Understanding of the B2B sales cycle: opportunity management, bid management, contract negotiation and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is an advantage
