Bahrain Surf Park is hiring a Retail Manager to lead the retail team across administration, procurement, stock control, merchandising coordination and daily store operations of the surf retail store. Reporting to the Head of Guest Experience, you will oversee purchasing and supplier coordination, keep the product mix, quality standards and inventory levels on target, and build a high-performance retail environment focused on service, efficiency, commercial results and guest satisfaction.

দায়িত্ব

• Plan and execute retail sales strategies to meet daily, monthly and annual revenue targets
• Monitor KPIs such as average transaction value, units per transaction and conversion, and act on gaps
• Work with Marketing on promotions, seasonal sales, surf event pop-ups and bundle offers
• Recruit, train, coach, roster and appraise Retail Assistants and Supervisors
• Manage ordering and reordering of apparel, surf hardware, accessories and branded merchandise, and supplier relationships
• Oversee stock receipt, tagging, transfers, stock counts and audits to minimise shrinkage
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store layout and cleanliness
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, register reconciliation, cash drops and banking
• Manage the POS and stock systems and present weekly and monthly sales, inventory and variance reports
• Resolve guest enquiries, returns and complaints, and enforce loss prevention, health and safety rules

যোগ্যতা

• 3 to 5 years of experience in surf shop management
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• Customer-centric with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of surfing and surf equipment is appreciated
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software, documentation and basic data management
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
