Raffles Al Areen Palace in Bahrain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team as a GCC Sales Manager. As a luxury resort, the hotel is looking for someone passionate about sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets in the GCC region.

দায়িত্ব

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the GCC market
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the GCC region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Positively communicate the hotel image to existing and potential customers at all times
• Maximize revenues and cost controls through proactive actions
• Maintain accurate information on all new and on-going leads and accounts, including solicitation efforts
• Establish and sign contracts in line with the official Rate Policy in co-ordination with the DOSM
• Be the single point of contact from the Sales team for external clients and handle escalations responsively
• Ensure targets set by the hotel are met consistently

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong network of contacts within the GCC region
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
