Quantigo AI is hiring a Project Delivery Associate who serves as the communication bridge between clients and annotation teams, interprets project guidelines, briefs and trains the team, and leads daily annotation activities to quality and deadline. Full-time, hybrid with opportunities for international collaboration, six working days a week with a roster-based weekend, 9:30am to 6:30pm (GMT+6), at the Uttara, Dhaka office.

• Act as the communication bridge with clients, receiving instructions and conveying them clearly to annotation teams
• Interpret project guidelines and ensure accurate application across the team
• Provide briefings, training and ongoing guidance to annotation team members
• Lead daily annotation activities so deliverables meet quality and deadlines
• Monitor and review team outputs for accuracy, consistency and adherence to client standards
• Identify, document and escalate edge cases or ambiguous scenarios to clients for resolution
• Run knowledge-sharing sessions, targeted training and workshops

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years of professional experience in project coordination, team leadership or data annotation/AI-related work
• Excellent communication skills with English proficiency, able to interact with international clients
• Strong leadership and advisory capabilities, with experience leading small teams
• Ability to interpret and relay client instructions clearly
• Experience with digital data management or annotation tools is preferred but not mandatory
