US-Bangla Airlines is hiring an Executive, Maintenance in its Transport department (Dhaka station, regular management-level role, reporting to the Head of Transport). The role supports safe, reliable and efficient transport operations by diagnosing vehicle faults, performing preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs with external workshops and vendors, supervising technicians, arranging spare parts and monitoring repair costs to minimize vehicle downtime.

দায়িত্ব

• Diagnose vehicle faults and perform regular preventive maintenance for fleet performance, safety and reliability
• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and roadside emergencies to minimize downtime
• Coordinate and negotiate with external workshops and vendors for vehicle repairs, including denting and painting
• Lead, supervise and support technicians so repairs are completed efficiently, on schedule and to quality standards
• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for spare parts, tools and materials, and procure emergency spare parts
• Verify, audit and report vehicle repair and maintenance bills to management for approval before authorizing work

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum Diploma/BSc degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma/BSc: minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00; HSC and SSC: minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Age: 23-26 years
• Good communication skills, organizational ability and a strong sense of responsibility
• Interest in transport operations and vehicle safety
