Quantigo AI is hiring a Project Associate to assist the Project Manager in day-to-day planning and execution, acting as the bridge between Service Operations, Quality and Resourcing teams. The role is full-time and permanent, hybrid: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm (day shift) and 11:00pm to 12:00am (night shift), GMT+6.

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day planning and execution
• Serve as a bridge between Service Operations, Quality and Resourcing teams
• Track project progress and deliverables to ensure timelines are met
• Maintain project documentation such as schedules, reports and meeting minutes
• Help resolve minor project escalations and client concerns
• Analyze project metrics and performance data for continuous improvement
• Facilitate client communication for information gathering and updates
• Participate in team training, feedback and performance monitoring

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years of professional experience in project coordination, team leadership or data annotation/AI-related work
• Excellent communication skills with English proficiency, able to interact with international clients
• Strong leadership and advisory capabilities, with experience leading small teams
• Ability to interpret and relay client instructions clearly
• Prior experience in data annotation/QA or AI/ML projects is preferred
