Quantigo AI is hiring a Project Coordinator to coordinate project kick-offs, manage guidelines and edge cases, run quality checks and track delivery against client expectations. The role is the communication link between clients, delivery teams and internal stakeholders. Full-time and permanent, hybrid: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm (day shift) and 11:00pm to 12:00am (night shift), GMT+6.

• Coordinate project kick-offs by reviewing demos and benchmarks and ensuring production aligns with client expectations
• Manage project guidelines, resolve workflow ambiguities and document edge cases, clarifying requirements with clients
• Conduct quality checks, monitor outputs, process client feedback and escalate technical issues
• Track project performance and timelines, and support project completion reports and key metrics
• Provide regular project updates and report risks to clients, delivery teams and stakeholders
• Support team development, monitor project associate performance and maintain workflow documentation

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in team leadership, delivery or operations roles
• Strong leadership and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience in a BPO, AI or data services environment and with international clients is preferred
