PEPOLTek, a Dhaka IT company building SaaS products across education, HR and enterprise operations, is hiring an experienced operations leader to oversee hostel operations and keep day-to-day administration running smoothly, reporting directly to the CEO. The role turns management decisions and organisational plans into timely execution and builds out an operations function for its education business. The job is full-time and on-site in Mirpur, Dhaka, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with Friday off, with a 6-month probation period. দায়িত্ব

• Oversee hostel operations, ensuring quality services and smooth day-to-day administration
• Develop, implement and improve operational strategies, policies and SOPs aligned with the business vision and objectives
• Monitor operational performance, resource utilisation, productivity and cost efficiency and close gaps in systems and processes
• Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards and strategic updates for the CEO and work with Department Heads to resolve operational challenges
• Support organisational expansion, scaling and transformation initiatives and manage operational risks
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and external service providers

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in operations or organisational management
• Hostel or residential facility management experience highly preferred
• Proven expertise in strategic planning and operational management
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
