UNICEF Bangladesh is recruiting a Health Officer (eHMIS), NO-2, fixed term, in Dhaka (#128030). The Health Officer reports to the Health Manager and provides technical, operational and administrative support to the Health Programme, with a particular focus on digital health transformation.

The role supports data generation, integration and visualisation, as well as the development and strengthening of Health Management Information Systems (HMIS), and contributes to programme planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. Selected candidates undergo reference, safeguarding and background verification checks.

যোগ্যতা

• University degree in public health, health informatics, IT/computer science, information systems, epidemiology, biostatistics or another relevant technical field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in public health planning and management, HMIS, ICT, maternal and neonatal health care, or health emergency preparedness
• Fluency in English and Bangla
• Experience in digitalisation of health systems is desirable
• Experience in a UN agency or in development/humanitarian contexts is an asset
