Our company is part of the fast-growing health tech companies transforming rare disease and cancer diagnosis using genomic insights. We are looking for a Bioinformatician with deep knowledge of genetics and cancer to strengthen the oncology capabilities of our platform.

দায়িত্ব

• Develop and maintain the cancer annotation and interpretation pipelines.
• Write Python/R scripts for variant tiering, biomarker calls (TMB, MSI) and gene–drug matching.
• Integrate and update cancer databases (ClinVar, COSMIC, OncoKB, CIViC, gnomAD).
• Analyze tumor and germline NGS data for SNVs, indels, CNVs, SVs and fusions.
• Validate results against reference samples, expert curation and public cohorts (TCGA, cBioPortal).
• Work with engineers to turn ACMG/AMP and AMP/ASCO/CAP guidelines into platform features.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Genetics, Biochemistry, bio
• Bachelor's in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Microbiology or a related field.
• Age 22 to 35 years
• Deep knowledge of human genetics: inheritance, germline vs somatic variation, and ACMG/AMP variant classification.
• Deep knowledge of cancer biology: oncogenes, tumor suppressors, hereditary cancer syndromes, and actionable biomarkers (EGFR, ALK, KRAS, BRAF, HER2).
• NGS analysis experience (BWA, GATK, Mutect2, VEP/ANNOVAR).
• Working knowledge of Python and/or R, and the Linux command line.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Preferred: Cancer genomics publications.
