UT Specialist

Job description

SGS is hiring an Aramco-approved UT Specialist for nozzle inspection in Saudi Arabia. The specialist performs ultrasonic testing on nozzles, welds and associated components, measures thickness and detects flaws, interprets results against applicable standards and keeps inspection reports and documentation in line with project QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) inspections on nozzles, welds, and associated components
• Conduct thickness measurements and flaw detection using UT techniques
• Interpret UT results and ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with project specifications and QA/QC requirements
• Coordinate with site teams and ensure adherence to HSE standards

Requirements

• Two (2) years Industrial/Technical Diploma with minimum 5 years of NDT experience
• Secondary School (SSLC) / Science or Industrial Diploma with minimum 7 years of NDT experience
