Senior Sales Engineer

Job description

Carrier is the leading worldwide provider of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, fire, security and cold chain solutions. The company is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer on a permanent contract for its Eastern Region team (the posting states Dammam as the base location).

The role exists to achieve business targets and enhance profitability: you will add new customers, maintain relationships with existing ones, build a healthy pipeline and work on strategic accounts to help close large-scale HVAC projects.

Responsibilities

• Add new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Prepare quotes and follow up to convert them to orders
• Survey the market and generate new leads
• Achieve business targets and enhance profitability
• Build a healthy pipeline to ensure more business bookings
• Work on strategic accounts to help close large-scale projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HVAC projects sales experience in KSA
• HVAC sales experience in the KSA Eastern Region
• Knowledge of or contacts in the oil and gas sector is nice to have
• Proven sales record and a good market network
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Very good communication skills
