Project Delivery Lead

Job description

Quantigo AI is hiring a Project Delivery Lead to act as primary client contact, lead and coordinate the delivery team, and keep projects aligned with goals, timelines and quality expectations. Full-time and permanent, hybrid: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm (day shift) and 11pm to 12am (night shift), GMT+6.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns and giving regular project updates
• Lead and coordinate the delivery team to meet project goals, timelines and quality expectations
• Translate client requirements into workflows, internal documentation and task assignments
• Oversee daily project operations, track progress, identify risks and resolve issues before they escalate
• Hold regular check-ins with the team on quality standards and productivity targets
• Collaborate with technical and platform teams on annotation or tooling challenges
• Manage project schedules, training documentation, progress logs and completion reports
• Report project status, KPIs and delivery performance to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, client delivery or operations (AI/data annotation preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects at once
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and strong reporting and documentation skills
