AI Data Labeling Associate

Job description

Quantigo AI is hiring an AI Data Labeling Associate to review and quality-check annotators' work against project guidelines and manage a team of up to 10 annotators or delivery assistants. The role reports to the Delivery Manager, runs Sunday to Friday in a hybrid arrangement at the Uttara, Dhaka office, and freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have their own laptop (Core i3, 8 GB RAM).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review team members' work against guidelines and standards and provide feedback
• Identify team strengths and weaknesses and report coaching needs to Delivery Leads
• Manage a team of up to 10 annotators or delivery assistants
• Identify project-specific challenges and communicate them to the Delivery Lead and Project Management team
• Work with management to revise quality assurance and annotation standards
• Track the Project Charter in real time and recommend training on recurring gaps
• Keep up-to-date records of team members' quality performance
• Prepare the quality assurance process per project requirements and assist with project reports
• Perform ad-hoc tasks such as annotation, training, onboarding and daily progress reports

Requirements

• Business graduate or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Google ecosystem
• Preferably 0-1 year of experience with a BPO company; freshers are encouraged to apply
• Highly organized, able to multitask and lead a team
• Own laptop (no desktop) with Core i3 processor and 8 GB RAM
