Intern, Service Operations

Job description

Quantigo AI is hiring an intern to support its project and service operations team on image, video, text and audio annotation projects. This is a 3-month hybrid internship based in Uttara, Dhaka, Sunday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with work from home on alternate days, paying BDT 7,000 per month, with potential for a full-time role after the internship.

Responsibilities

• Work on annotation projects including bounding box, polygon, segmentation, text and audio labelling
• Follow project guidelines and company policies strictly
• Maintain high accuracy in annotation and quality control
• Meet daily production targets
• Assist in quality checks, rework and corrections
• Collaborate with team leads and remote members
• Stay up to date with annotation tools and techniques
• Identify and report challenges or discrepancies in the annotation process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in any discipline
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and stay consistent
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage workload
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of image and video annotation preferred but not required
