Bahrain Surf Park is looking for a Treasury Accountant to manage cash flow, banking relationships, liquidity planning, payment processing, cash forecasting and treasury reporting. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will oversee daily treasury operations across all park revenue centres (surf operations, memberships, F&B outlets, retail and events), keep banking efficient and uphold strict internal financial controls in line with Bahrain regulations and company policy.

• Monitor daily cash positions, bank balances and liquid assets across all business units
• Prepare daily cash flow reports and treasury summaries for finance leadership
• Track cash collections across surf operations, memberships, F&B outlets, retail stores and events, and ensure secure, timely banking of all collections
• Prepare, verify and process supplier payment files, payroll disbursements and vendor payments
• Manage corporate online banking portals, electronic payment files, fund transfers and user authorisation levels
• Act as the operational contact for banking partners on accounts, facilities, merchant services and credit lines, and monitor bank charges and FX rates
• Develop and maintain rolling weekly, monthly and annual cash flow forecasts and analyse variances against actuals
• Identify funding gaps and surplus cash positions and recommend short-term funding or placement options
• Enforce treasury policies, authorisation thresholds and segregation of duties, and verify invoices, purchase orders and approvals before releasing payments
• Support internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with Bahrain financial regulations and anti-money laundering directives
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and investigate unreconciled items, deposit variances and outstanding cheques

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of treasury, banking, cash management or corporate accounting experience
• Background in hospitality, entertainment, leisure, tourism or retail is highly preferred
• Experience managing high-volume cash transactions, electronic banking portals and cash forecasting models
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables), ERP finance modules and corporate online banking platforms
• Fluent English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage
• Professional certification such as CTP, ACCA, CPA or CMA is a strong advantage
