Bahrain Surf Park is looking for a Procurement & Cost Controller to manage end-to-end purchasing, sourcing and vendor relationships while monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, retail inventory costs and operating expenses. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will oversee procurement workflows, inventory tracking across departments, recipe costing and menu engineering, supplier pricing trends and stock room safeguards, and deliver cost-saving recommendations to senior management.

• Manage purchasing of F&B ingredients, retail merchandise, surf hardware, equipment and operating supplies
• Source, evaluate and onboard vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties and delivery schedules
• Lead RFQ and RFP processes, compare bids and recommend suppliers
• Manage vendor SLAs, trade contracts and annual supply agreements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and audit stock movements, transfers, write-offs and damage logs
• Plan and run periodic, month-end and surprise stock counts and investigate discrepancies
• Track food and beverage cost percentages and product margins against targets
• Review standard recipe costing, portion control and menu pricing; run menu engineering studies
• Control wastage, spoilage and shrinkage and track departmental expenses against budget
• Prepare cost variance reports, stock valuation, COGS schedules and month-end accruals (GRNI)
• Enforce purchasing procedures and inventory controls, support audits and assist with annual cost budgets and forecasts

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in cost control, inventory accounting or hospitality finance
• Hands-on experience in hotels, high-volume restaurants, entertainment parks, leisure venues or retail
• Track record in recipe costing, inventory auditing, variance analysis and stock control systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, inventory management software, ERP and POS systems
• Fluent English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage
• CMA or equivalent professional qualification is a strong added advantage
