As APM Terminals continues to expand across Asia and the Middle East, this role supports the growth of the Laldia Container Terminal (LCT) business and helps shape the regional workforce. Based in Chattogram, Bangladesh, you will partner with business leaders and People Partners across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the headquarters in The Hague, and drive end-to-end hiring across frontline and professional roles, delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.

Beyond recruitment delivery, you will support hiring strategy discussions, build proactive talent pipelines, strengthen talent attraction initiatives and help improve recruitment practices.

• Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to deliver end-to-end recruitment across assigned functions and geographies
• Source and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing and targeted talent attraction
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and business needs
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner, giving market insights and supporting workforce planning
• Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Monitor external talent market trends and recruitment developments
• Identify opportunities to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and ways of working
• Represent APM Terminals at career fairs and talent acquisition events

যোগ্যতা

• Solid hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a complex international organization
• Experience recruiting for both office-based and frontline roles, ideally in transport and logistics, engineering or supply chain
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities
• Candidate-centric approach and commitment to a positive recruitment experience
• Data-driven, agile mindset with a continuous improvement outlook
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured and organized approach with a focus on results within agreed timelines
• Fluency in English
