US-Bangla Airlines, Bangladesh's largest private airline, is hiring a Manager, Compensation & Benefits to design, implement and manage competitive pay and benefits programmes that attract, retain and motivate talent. The role keeps remuneration aligned with organisational goals, market data and local labour and tax regulations. দায়িত্ব

• Maintain job grading, salary structures and pay ranges aligned with market data, including the airline industry, and run regular compensation benchmarking
• Lead the annual salary review, increment and promotion processes with department heads and HR business partners
• Design, implement and manage employee benefits (health, insurance, leave, allowances) and oversee benefits vendors
• Design and administer short-term and long-term incentive plans linked to performance
• Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with labour law, tax regulations and company policy, and update related HR policies
• Analyse pay equity, market positioning and budget utilisation and report insights to leadership

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field from a reputed local or international university
• Master's degree or a global certification in HR or Compensation & Benefits is an added advantage
• Minimum 8 years of full-time HR experience, at least 3 years in Compensation & Benefits or remuneration
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn payroll modules in an HRIS quickly
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
