US-Bangla Airlines, Bangladesh's largest private airline, is hiring a strategic HR Business Partner for its Software Division. The role aligns people strategy with the division's technology and business goals and covers recruitment of software developers, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement for technical teams. Candidates need hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding and managing appraisals of software developers. Applications close on 16 November 2026 and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

দায়িত্ব

• Lead end-to-end recruitment of software developer roles (full-stack, backend, frontend, DevOps, data engineers) with technical hiring managers
• Design and run structured onboarding for new software developers
• Manage appraisal cycles for the Software Division and guide managers on KPIs/OKRs, feedback and calibration
• Facilitate increment and promotion processes with Compensation & Benefits
• Monitor engagement, identify attrition risks and run retention, career development and recognition programmes for technical staff
• Advise Software Division leaders on people issues, organisational design, change management and workforce planning
• Track time-to-hire, offer acceptance, performance distribution and engagement metrics and report to leadership

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field from a reputed local or international university
• Master's degree or a global HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage
• Minimum 7 years of full-time HR experience, at least 3 years in an IT-enabled or technology-based organisation
• Hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding and managing performance appraisals of software developers
• Experience or certifications in agile methodologies or technology environments is a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
