Quantigo AI delivers annotated data for AI and machine learning clients. The Service Operations Intern reviews annotators' output against project guidelines, gives feedback, and supports the quality assurance process alongside the delivery and project management teams. The role works six days a week with office time 9:30am to 6:30pm (work from office Monday, Wednesday and Friday, work from home Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday). Candidates must have their own laptop (Core i3, 8 GB RAM) and a good internet connection.

• Analyze and review annotators' work output against guidelines and standards and provide feedback
• Identify annotators' strengths and weaknesses and report coaching needs to the Delivery Lead
• Identify guideline ambiguities and edge cases for each project and communicate them to the Delivery Lead and Project Management team
• Collaborate with management to revise and update quality assurance and annotation standards
• Keep an up-to-date record of individual annotators' quality performance for performance reviews
• Participate in team briefings and prepare the quality assurance process for each project
• Perform ad-hoc daily tasks such as annotation, training and onboarding new annotators

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably from a Business background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Strong English communication skills
• Highly organized and motivated, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Own laptop (no desktop) with Core i3 processor and 8 GB RAM, plus a good internet connection
