AmarLab Limited is a digital healthcare and diagnostic platform providing home sample collection, diagnostic testing and healthcare services through technology-driven solutions. It is looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to handle customer inquiries and service requests across phone, WhatsApp and Facebook, coordinate diagnostic test bookings and home sample collection requests, and keep customer records in the CRM. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Applications are accepted until 20 November 2026.

দায়িত্ব

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and service requests through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook and other channels
• Provide prompt and effective solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Coordinate diagnostic test bookings, home sample collection requests and follow-up communications
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support and Business Development teams for smooth service delivery
• Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement
• Prepare regular activity and performance reports

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree from any recognized university; Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health or related disciplines preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Suite and other digital communication platforms
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Workspace
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer situations professionally
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Previous experience in customer service, CRM, call center operations, telemarketing or healthcare services preferred; fresh graduates encouraged
