Pickaboo.com is one of Bangladesh's leading eCommerce platforms, offering 100 percent authentic products through partnerships with 500+ global and local brands. The Junior Executive, Customer Experience (contractual) handles customer queries through phone calls, social media, live chat and other digital channels, delivering timely, professional support and resolving concerns and complaints. Duty is nine hours including a break, on roster-based shifts. Applications close on 30 November 2026.

দায়িত্ব

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, social media platforms, live chat and other digital channels
• Deliver timely, professional and customer-centric support
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints and service-related issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests
• Manage customer feedback and contribute to service improvement
• Meet individual and team performance targets, quality standards and SLAs
• Handle customer interactions across social platforms for Social Media / Digital Query roles

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, customer service, call center operations or social media management
• Fluent communication in Bangla and English
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM for Social Media / Digital Query roles
• Basic understanding of eCommerce operations is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
