US-Bangla Airlines is hiring a Revenue Analyst (Executive grade, regular management contract) for its Revenue Management department at the Baridhara office, working roster hours. The role aims to maximise passenger revenue and yield across domestic and international routes by forecasting passenger demand, optimising inventory allocation and executing dynamic pricing, using data analytics and competitive intelligence to grow RASK while balancing load factor and average fare. The monthly gross salary is BDT 40,000 with two festival bonuses and airport pick and drop service.

দায়িত্ব

• Optimize revenue across domestic and international routes through strategic pricing, market analysis, competitor benchmarking and inventory management
• Analyze historical and current flight performance to identify revenue growth opportunities
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and dashboards covering revenue, RASK, yield, load factor, average fare and ancillary revenue
• Monitor revenue performance against budgets, forecasts and prior-year results and explain key variances
• Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, business planning and scenario modelling
• Evaluate competitor activity, sales channels, customer segments and promotions
• Automate recurring reports and improve data quality and KPI governance using BI tools
• Coordinate with Pricing, Inventory, Sales, Finance and Revenue Accounting teams while ensuring internal controls and data confidentiality

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum graduation in aviation management, economics, mathematics, accounting, data science or finance
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; maximum 2 years of experience in data or financial analysis preferred
• Knowledge of airline inventory and yield optimization, demand forecasting and dynamic pricing
• Knowledge of data analytical tools such as Advanced Excel and Power BI
• Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical and time management skills and ability to work under pressure
