About InvestitInvestit Asset Management Limited is a BSEC-licensed asset management company focused on disciplined investment management and long-term wealth creation.We are looking for a capable, detail-oriented and responsible professional to join our Accounts & Fund Operations team. The position offers practical exposure to investment fund operations, financial reporting, regulatory processes and coordination with stake holders.Key Responsibilities

• Maintain company and mutual fund accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations and financial records.
• Handle day-to-day mutual fund operations, including investor transactions, unit subscriptions and redemptions.
• Prepare and verify NAV calculations, operational reports and supporting schedules.
• Assist with financial statements, audits, tax and VAT matters, and periodic regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with trustees, custodians, auditors, regulators and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, meet reporting deadlines and follow established internal controls.
• Support improvements in accounting systems, operational procedures and reporting processes.

যোগ্যতা

• BBA/MBA in Accounting from a recognized university, preferably with an accounting concentration.
• CA-CC, partly qualified CA, ACCA or CMA candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with strong academic records and accounting fundamentals will receive preference.
• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, financial services or fund operations.
• Exceptional fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge and analytical ability are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in asset management or the capital market is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and confidence in learning new software.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize multiple responsibilities, prioritize deadlines and work accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High standards of integrity, accountability and confidentiality.
• Genuine interest in developing a long-term career in finance and operations.
