Recruitment Supervisor, reporting to the HR Director, Dhaka-based. This role leads Tiger New Energy's hiring. The company is growing fast and hires for many positions at the same time, especially field sales. You will plan and run the full hiring process, manage a high daily volume of interviews, and make sure positions are filled on time. Location: 56, Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka, Bangladesh. দায়িত্ব

• Plan hiring for all open positions and track progress against targets
• Source candidates through different channels, such as BDJobs, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, job fairs, and campus events
• Screen CVs and schedule 10+ interviews per day
• Coordinate final interviews with department heads and follow up on decisions quickly
• Manage offers, joining, and onboarding
• Lead and guide the recruitment team, including interns
• Track hiring data, report on progress, and flag issues such as salary gaps to management

যোগ্যতা

• 3+ years of high-volume recruitment, especially for field roles such as frontline sales and service staff
• Experience in staffing agencies, BPO, garment factories, FMCG distribution, microfinance, or retail is a plus
• Experience sourcing field candidates outside Dhaka, through referrals, local networks, and job fairs
• Experience handling 10+ interviews per day and many open positions at once
• Highly efficient and well-organized, able to keep a steady pace and consistent quality every day
• Strong work ethic: reliable, hands-on, and follows through without being reminded
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster
• Proactive in pushing others to keep hiring on schedule
• Calm and steady under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
