Agriventure Limited is rebuilding and expanding its team as we strengthen our agribusiness operations across Bangladesh.

We are looking for a results-driven HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, particularly sales and field operations hiring.

We do not need someone who simply posts job advertisements and collects CVs. We need someone who understands people, identifies the right talent, and takes ownership of recruitment from start to finish.

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. Work Model: Hybrid (with occasional visits to operational zones outside Dhaka). Monthly Salary: BDT 25,000. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years. Probation Period: 3 Months.

দায়িত্ব

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, field operations, business development, and other company positions.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through professional networks, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on skills, attitude, performance potential, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline so recruitment needs can be addressed quickly.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding.
• Manage HR administration, employee documentation, and performance tracking.
• Occasionally visit Agriventure’s operational zones outside Dhaka to support field recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce assessments.
• Work directly with the CEO to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
• Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within agreed timelines.

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional HR and recruitment experience.
• Strong preference for candidates from established FMCG, consumer goods, telecom, distribution, or sales-driven organizations.
• Proven experience in recruiting sales executives, territory sales officers, field sales teams, or business development professionals.
• Strong professional network and ability to source candidates beyond traditional job postings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel occasionally outside Dhaka, including rural operational areas when required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Practical, resourceful, and accountable for recruitment results.
