NetField IT Solutions is a UK-based IT services startup focused on IT Field Engineering, Data Center Support, Network Infrastructure, Hardware Deployment, and Technical Support services for international clients. It is looking for motivated university students who want practical experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition. Duration: 6 months, part-time with flexible hours, fully remote from Bangladesh (2 vacancies). Internship structure: first 3 months unpaid training and learning phase; next 3 months stipend-based internship (BDT 5,000/month). An internship certificate is awarded on successful completion.

দায়িত্ব

• Assist in publishing recruitment advertisements on LinkedIn
• Review CVs and shortlist suitable candidates based on predefined criteria
• Communicate professionally with potential candidates
• Coordinate interviews with the management team
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers using Google Sheets or Excel
• Support recruitment documentation and basic HR administrative activities
• Prepare simple weekly recruitment progress reports

যোগ্যতা

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd year or above of a university degree program in Human Resource Management (HRM), BBA, or Management
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B2)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• No previous professional experience required
