QIMA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern interested in global trade and supply chain, advertised as Operations Leader. The intern supports continuous improvement projects across operations, analyses data to find inefficiencies, strengthens compliance with factories and suppliers, and builds standard procedures and dashboards.

QIMA's Consumer Goods Division helps brands, retailers and manufacturers deliver safe, quality and ethically made products. The company notes that its interview process is highly selective. The role requires bilingual French and English.

দায়িত্ব

• Support continuous improvement projects across operations using Lean/Six Sigma tools to optimise workflows, minimise waste and enhance efficiency
• Collect and analyse data, identify inefficiencies, propose improvements and track results with KPIs
• Strengthen compliance and ethics, liaising with internal teams and external partners such as factories and suppliers
• Develop standardised procedures and dashboards to monitor progress and performance
• Collaborate with operations, quality, IT and customer service departments
• Support change management through communication, training and support of improvement initiatives

• Highly motivated, results oriented and proactive
• Solid foundational understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or similar process improvement frameworks
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; comfortable with KPI tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English (bilingual)
• Team-oriented, adaptable and ethical
• Interest in developing SOPs and visualisation tools such as dashboards
