Quality fodder production, Feed preparation, Hydroponic Grass Production, Production of germinated gram and maize to supply to the Bull Station

Location: Kanchan / Rupgonj, Rupganj, Narayanganj, Dhaka.

দায়িত্ব

• Help in preparing the annual production plan and budget for fodder and concentrate feed requirement and production for good quality feeds and fodder.
• Implementation for taking lease lands and purchase of lands for fodder production.
• Supervise all relevant laborers related to fodder production.
• Prepare silage and hay when fodder is available for the crisis period, and give ideas on new technology to the respective managers.
• Preserve straw and hay in the right way for maintaining in the store.
• Record keeping and database preparation for the Assistant Manager, Animal Nutrition, and help in report preparation.
• Share innovative ideas or good practices developed or collected from around the world with the respective supervisors.

যোগ্যতা

• Education: The candidate must possess a diploma in Agriculture from any government approved institute with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations
• Experience: 3 years.
• Practical feeding, breeding, vaccination and management.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to contribute effectively as part of a team, flexibility and multi-tasking
• Technical Knowledge on Fodder Production and Animal Rearing and Management
• Computers skills and competency
• Dealing with complex environment ability to solve them
• Accountability: Holds Proactive, highly motivated and able to use initiative to a significant degree
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and to develop networks and collaborations accordingly
