Fashion Compete is a Bangladesh-based apparel sourcing and manufacturing partner that supports international buyers with end-to-end garment solutions across knitwear, woven garments, sweaters and customised apparel, from product development and fabric and trims sourcing to quality control, packing and shipment coordination. It is hiring for several full-time, on-site merchandising roles at its Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka office, with work involving Dhaka, Gazipur and Narayanganj factories: Senior Merchandiser (9 positions), who independently handles foreign buyers and manages orders end to end; Junior Merchandiser (13 positions), who assists seniors with order follow-up, sample tracking and factory coordination; and Trainee / Fresh Merchandiser (7 to 9 positions), an entry-level role with no prior experience required and a free professional merchandising course provided by the company. Salary is negotiable and discussed in person. Candidates are asked to review the video linked in the original advertisement before evaluation.

• Manage the full order lifecycle for knit, woven and sweater products, including sample development, costing and order confirmation with buyers
• Coordinate fabric and trims sourcing and follow up with production teams
• Monitor quality checkpoints to ensure compliance with buyer requirements and shipment timelines
• Communicate frequently with buyers and suppliers
• Prepare and update order status reports and resolve production or quality issues
• Support export documentation as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets and maintain accurate records

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Apparel, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including clear email correspondence and negotiation with buyers and manufacturers
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight delivery schedules
• Experience in merchandising or apparel production coordination, preferably in knitwear, woven garments and sweaters (not required for the trainee level)
• Ability to manage multiple orders, track timelines, and maintain detailed documentation
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, quality standards, and basic production planning
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication tools
• Willingness to work on-site in Dhaka/Gazipur/Narayanganj and collaborate with factory and office teams
